The China International Mining Group (CIMG) is a not-for-profit membership based expert community. It is lead by by a group of elected advisors. The gorup of advisors is lead by a Chairman and Vice-Chairman who are elected by the members of the CIMG. The term of office for both the Chairman and Vice-Chairman is one calendar year . The strategic direction of the CIMG is based on members needs as well as industry trends. The planning of the CIMG's strategic plan is undertaken by the CIMG Advisors.
