CIMG Member Sponsor Application Form

Ready to Become a Member?

To become a member of the CIMG please complete the online registration form or download the application form . The downloadable form can then be completed and faxed or emailed to the CIMG Secretariat. The CIMG Secretariat will process your application on receipt of either your online, faxed or emailed application form.

Membership applications take 7 days to be approved and you will be notified by the CIMG Secretariat accordingly.
