On January 1, 2010, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area came into effect on schedule, which is now put the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN on a historical point. The 2010 China-ASEAN Mining Cooperation Forum sets its objective to initiate a new platform for the exchange & cooperation, among the mining enterprises in China and ASEAN, which aims to enhance the mutual development of the industry.
