New technologies of the geological exploration and exploitation of mineral resources and deep exploration in 2010
With the rapid development of China's national economy, and the growing demand for mineral resources, the shortage of mineral resources has become a bottleneck restricting China's economic development. In order to implement the guiding principles of the "State Council on strengthening geological work" and the "National Mineral Resource Planning (2008 ~ 2015)", we should carry out major geological science and technology research, vigorously promote independent innovation on mineralization theory, methods and key exploration technology, enhance mineral resources to guarantee sustainable development in economy and society, and promote sustainable and sound development of China's mining industry. My unit is scheduled to hold the seminar on “new technologies of the geological exploration and exploitation of mineral resources and deep exploration in 2010 " in Hangzhou during the time from August 28 to 30,2010.Meanwhile,this is a platform for the enterprises to promote mineral exploration, new equipment, and new technology with each other. We warmly welcome to colleagues in academia, industry and mining exploration and thank all of the participants for your positive responses and participation. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

As well we will look at "What’s New: China From Rebound to Recovery". China has made a remarkable recovery from the financial crisis-induced slowdown, with solid prospects for 2010. With the stimulus of government investment, China’s economy left the financial crisis behind, attaining 8.7% GDP growth in 2009. Now poised to become the world’s second-largest economy, China is set for the challenges of 2010 and the next stage of its relentless rise.
